Julian Alexandre Portugal-Gooden, also known as “Jimmy Warhol,” is a contemporary artist, father, and mental health advocate based in Los Angeles. Specializing in acrylic paintings, murals, and illustration, his clients include Stanley Tools, W Hotels, TOMS, Extreme International, Parrot Tools, and private collectors worldwide. Julian paints with such precision, it's hard to tell the difference between his digital work and paintings. Anchored by his "Depression" series, Julian’s work reflects a 15-year personal battle with depression, PTSD, and suicidal ideation, fostering healing and emotional connection. His multidisciplinary approach combines classical techniques with modern expression, creating bold, evocative art that encourages dialogue in a world often silent in its pain.
