Once mistaken as a statue because of his chiseled jaw, Joe of Easter Island launched his modeling career while working at IHOP after an executive at Ford modeling came in for pancakes after a night out. Today Joe has been long retired from modeling and focuses on running his pet adoption foundation with his wife Heather.
